Internal Admissions and Marketing Assistant

Internal Marketing and Admissions Assistant - 12 month fixed-term contract

St David’s College is looking to recruit a skilled, organised and enthusiastic person for the role of Internal Marketing and Admissions Assistant within the Admissions and Marketing Team. The post-holder will work closely with the Registrar, Marketing Manager and Admissions and Marketing Coordinator in a role that is interesting and varied; ranging from clerical support and data input for admissions, to creating materials and resources to publicise and support the school’s many internal events and activities that take place throughout the year.

Salary: Salary dependent on experience

Hours: Working pattern typically 9-5 with 30 minutes for lunch, Monday to Friday (37.5h per week). Ability to work flexibly around school events that may take place in the evenings and occasional weekends. We would consider part time for the right candidate with the right skill set.

Contract: 12 months fixed term, term time only (33 weeks)

Responsible to: Registrar and Marketing Manager
