Baking Monday's a sweet hit
The delicious aroma of baking fills Tryfan House on Monday evenings as the young bakers set to work
Rumour has it the Victoria sponge bake off wasn’t such a success (craters in the sponge) but the Lemon drizzle cake and chocolate brownies were said to be triumphs (we are still waiting in the Marketing Room for any leftover morsels).
Head baker Julius has been joined by Sebastian, Cameron and Ruka in the kitchen.
Anyone can join in the fun, including boarders from Cader and Snowdon.
