St David's College pupils shined at Skills Competition Wales
To keep our students at the forefront of technological innovations, we equip them with the absolute best and latest in all emerging technologies.
We have developed and delivered courses up to undergraduate level in Mechanical Engineering: CAD, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and emerging manufacturing techniques.
As well as the vigorous academic endeavours delivered at school, we often supplement student work with 'live' projects that enable work with our industrial partners.
We also encourage and support our students in both National and International competitions where they compete against the best in various technology / engineering industries.
Last month, we entered a team of three, Ffion Porter, Rowan Parry-Lord and Josh Gambrell into the Mechanical Engineering CAD-Skills Competition Wales.
All three of our team performed exceptionally well, and Head of DT Martin O’Leary was delighted to present Josh with his award. Well done Josh and what a fantastic achievement!
