An evening to remember for Year 13
Everyone looked resplendent on what was the most beautiful evening of the year so far
Head Girl Eleri and Head Boy Scott with their team of prefects had worked hard during the day to make sure the Top Lawn Pagoda Marquee looked stunning.
Our always incredible Head Chef Will and his team, produced the most delicious three course dinner, including duck pancakes, roasted fillet of beef with bone marrow crumb and for pudding chocolate soil, edible flowers, raspberry compote and chocolate mousse.
Things got emotional during the wonderful speeches and Toasts, by the Head of Sixth Form, Mr Owen Davis, the House Captains, Headmaster Mr Andrew Russell and of course Eleri and Scott.
The Dinner will live long in the memory of this year’s leavers, and their evidently close friendships will continue long after they have left. They will be very much missed by staff and the younger pupils of the school.
A special mention must go to our wonderful Year 12s who made excellent servers on the night. Thank you!
