NODA nominations for Matilda!
Toran Procter, who so brilliantly played Miss Trunchbull, has been nominated for Outstanding Youth Performance, alongside Bella Russell, who memorably played both Miss Honey and the odious Zinnia Wormwood
Bella has been nominated for her Miss Honey role.
The production was a sell out at Theatr Colwyn, with many saying it was our best one yet, thanks to our Head of Drama, Mrs Jennifer Appleton, our Head of Music, Mr Pete Williams, Mrs Kate Russell, and our incredibly talented young cast.
Last year Cai Riley, a hugely talented young performer, won a NODA for his Outstanding Performance as Genie, in the 2022 school production of Aladdin.
The cast of this year’s production are busily rehearsing with the performances taking place on Thursday, April 25, at 7pm, Friday, April 26, at 7pm, and Saturday, April 27, at 2pm and 7pm.
Loserville is set in 1971, and the word on the street is the cast are having great fun embracing 1970s fashion!
