Mr O’Leary was the adored husband of Heather, a devoted father to Michelle, Matthew, Aiden and Molly, and grandfather to Chloe, Dominic and Leon
He spent 37 years teaching at St David’s College and it’s truly clear as people from all over the UK and beyond came to pay their last respects, he’ll never be forgotten.
Many Old Davideans travelled to Llandudno to attend the very moving service.
The service was taken by our former Chaplain, Rev. Tim Hall, and present Chaplain Rev. Sam Erlandson. The beautiful tribute was given by our Headmaster, Mr Andy Russell, and the touching Eulogy by former St David's teacher, Neil Robertson.
Our choir sang ‘Ave Verum Corpus,’ in a service that was full of music and poetry.
It was a genuinely a beautiful send off, befitting of such a great man. Sleep tight ‘Mr O’, and we hope you’re dancing to some Northern Soul up there.
After the service there was a wake at the St George’s Hotel for staff and Old Davideans.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Heather, and her family. We will always be here for you.
